I’m excited to announce that our annual Summer Community Picnics are returning this year, with events scheduled for July 28, July 30, August 4, and August 6. These free family-friendly gatherings are a great opportunity for neighbors to come together, enjoy food, games, entertainment, and connect with local organizations and resources. We’ll also be giving away backpacks and school supplies to help students prepare for the upcoming school year. I look forward to seeing families from across the district join us for a fun-filled summer tradition that celebrates community and helps ensure our children start the school year ready to succeed.

We are inviting seniors and caregivers to come and learn about services available to them. Each expo will have dozens of vendors from state and local governments as well as nonprofits and businesses that support older Pennsylvanians. Don’t miss out!
